We are aware of an issue with the longevity of the power supply for our timers sold approximately between June 2022 and June 2023. After prolonged use, these timers may experience an issue where they will show a 'Low Battery Alert', flash 12:00 continuously on the display, or fail to turn on altogether. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working diligently to replace the power supply for anyone impacted. Additionally, we have worked with our supplier to correct the problem so that it does not recur.
