The atomic clock has a built-in receiver that automatically synchronizes itself with the WWVB radio broadcast, ensuring accurate time every midnight. It supports 4 time zones: EST, CST, MST, and PST.
This atomic clock can display both indoor and outdoor temperatures, helping you manage your daily life better. A wireless outdoor sensor monitors and transmits the outdoor temperature to the clock. Place the sensor within 330 feet, away from direct sunlight or rain.
Both the digital clock and outdoor sensor are powered by non-rechargeable batteries: 3x AAA for the clock and 2x AA for the outdoor sensor (batteries not included). When batteries are low, a low battery symbol will appear and blink, reminding you to replace them.
When the alarm or DST is set, an icon will stay on the screen. Both can be turned off manually if not needed. With DST on, the clock will automatically adjust time forward or backward one hour during daylight saving time.
The clock shows time with seconds in large bold in the center of the screen, making it easy to read. It also displays indoor/outdoor temperature, day, and date at the bottom, providing comprehensive information.
This atomic clock has two display modes: standard time and military time. When setting the clock time in one mode, the alarm time will automatically follow the same mode. Additionally, you can switch temperature display from Fahrenheit to Degree by clicking a button on the back.
